The hotel is situated in a fantastic central area, making it easy to reach various attractions. The rooms offer an elegant and warm atmosphere, complete with a balcony and full bathroom. However, it can get a bit chilly at night, requiring a search for extra blankets, which were conveniently found in the blanket box at the end of the bed.
The hotel is in a central location, walking distance to restaurants and the stylish small town High Street along a tributary waterfront. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable with a quirky ceiling, low in parts, and a cute sunny balcony. The staff was friendly and helpful, assisting with delayed arrival and recommending local dining options. Facilities are well-maintained, offering a pleasant stay near the center of Ballina.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The rooms were beautifully decorated, with gorgeous linens and a menu that catered to all my needs. Opening up to a verandah where I could enjoy breakfast was a lovely touch. The bed was so comfy, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The hotel is attractively decorated, creating a cozy atmosphere.
